1. This promotion is only valid from 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2023, and between 8 PM and 10:59 PM daily.
2. “Mira After 8 Triple Rewards” could not be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotion.
3. Each Mira Place member is entitled to one “Mira After 8 Triple Rewards” redemption per day.
4. A valid sales receipt must contain the transaction date, the name of merchant, the amount of transaction, the receipt number and the address of merchant. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
5. During the promotion period, Mira Place members could redeem rewards upon spending of designated amount using electronic payment(maximum of 2 same-day machine-printed receipts with HK$100 or above) and presenting the valid receipt at Mira Place 1 Concierge on the same day. Details are as follows:
• Spend HK$100 or more to receive double points and 1 hour of same-day free parking;
• Spend HK$200 or more to receive double points and 2 hours of same-day free parking;
• Spend HK$500 or more to receive double points, 2 hours of same-day free parking, and a total value of HK$200 voucher of designated F&B outlets.
6. Transaction, car entry and redemption must be made between 8 PM and 10:59 PMon the effective dates of promotion.
7. Mira Place members must redeem the rewards at Mira Place 1 Concierge on the day of transaction by presenting same-day machine-printed receipt issued by merchant and corresponding electronic payment slip (transaction must be made between 8 PM and 10:59 PM of effective dates of promotion). Member entitled for the reward and the cardholder must be the same person. The opening hours of Concierge is 10am to 11pm.
8. The redemption is on first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
9. Vouchers from designated F&B outlets will be distributed on random basis. The usage of vouchers issued by merchants will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by respective merchants. The merchants reserve the rights to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time without further notice. Mira Place is not liable to it.
10. Free parking coupon is valid for same-day use only (i.e. before 23:59 PM). All free parking reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Lost, damaged or expired reward will not be replaced.
11. Each private car can use only one free parking coupon at a time. Free parking reward from the “Mira After 8 Triple Rewards” promotion could not be used in conjunction with the 2 hours free parking issued by merchants.
12. Member using “Touch-free Access” function to enter car park must provide the correct vehicle registration plate to concierge for free parking reward redemption.
13. Free parking reward redeemed in this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the free parking hours redeemed with bonus points through “e-Parking”.
14. This promotion is only applicable to private cars.
15. Hourly rates will apply when free parking coupon is used. Day Park / Night Park Special will not apply.
16. Mira Place may from time to time restrict use of the car park or any park of it without prior notice, refund or compensation due to capacity limitations , to ensure safety, security or order or if Mira Place considers that the circumstances so require.
17. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets, purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths, reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
18. Receipts from Phillip Wain, AMOUR and other tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in this promotion campaign.
19. Receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders; online shopping, mobile APP; Mira e-Shop are not accepted, unless otherwise specified.
20. All gifts and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Lost, damaged or expired gifts will not be replaced.
21. Mira Place is not the supplier of the gifts or prizes, and shall have no legal liability related to any aspects of the gifts or prizes (including but not limited to premium liability, quality, maintenance, any early termination and change) provided by the suppliers, and no compensation shall be offered by Mira Place. 22. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Mira Place shall be final.
