“Tourist Privileges 2025” Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion period is valid from now on until 31 December, 2025.
  2. Full details of the promotion are available at the concierges at Mira Place 1 Concierge is open from 11am to 11pm daily.

Free Gift 

  1. During the promotion period, complete a simple task and receive a complimentary gift.
    • Please follow the Miramar Group official WeChat account (Miramar HK Explorer), follow Mira Place on Xiaohongshu, and register as a mini-program member on the Miramar Group official WeChat account.
  2. To redeem the reward, customers must present valid non-Hong Kong passport/ travel document, and relevant pages (Followed Miramar Group official WeChat account, Mira Place Xiaohongshu and registered to be a mini-program member . The WeChat ID, Xiaohongshu ID and mini-program ID number will be recorded upon redemption. Each tourist could enjoy the reward once during promotion period. Quota applies on gift while stocks last.
  3. Tourist could enjoy over HK$1,000 shopping privileges* via the “Miramar Group WeChat Mini Program”.
  4. Mira Place is not the supplier of the products. It shall have no liability related to any aspects of the products or services provided by merchants.
  5. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Miramar Group shall be final.

Spending Rewards

  1. During the promotion period, tourists could redeem one Mira Place tote bag and one pc of Tsui Hang Village HK$100 dining voucher upon spending of HK$3,000 using electronic payment (HK$100 spending or above for each transaction with maximum 5 transactions) on the same day.
  2. Tourists are required to redeem the reward on the day of transaction at Mira Place 1 Concierge, by presenting passport, same-day machine-printed receipt(s) issued by merchant(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s). Tourist entitled for the reward and the cardholder must be the same person. Mira Place 1 Concierge is opened for gift redemption from 11am to 11pm daily.
  3. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport and British National (Overseas) passport are not applicable for this promotion.
  4. Each tourist could enjoy the reward once per day during promotion period.
  5. Quota applies on reward while stocks last on a first come first served basis.
  6. All gifts are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, cannot be transferred, and will not be re-issued if lost, damaged or expired.
  7. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets, purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths, reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
  8. Customers must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
  9. Receipts from Phillip Wain, AMOUR and other tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in this promotion campaign.
  10. Receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders; online shopping, mobile APP; Mira e-Shop are not accepted, unless otherwise specified.
