1. Starting from 31 July, Mira Place members (the “Members”) could redeem a “Gimme LiVe Ticket Set” by single electronic spending of HK$300 or more at any merchant at Mira Place in same day and follow Mira Place designated social media platforms and like designated social media post. The set includes TWO Gimme LiVe tickets (must be same-day tickets) and HK$100 Tsui Hang Village Dining Voucher.
2. Members must present a maximum of 1 set original same-day machine-printed transaction receipts with the eligible transaction time from 11:00AM to 10:00PM to the staff of Mira Place 1 Concierge for redemption. Members must present the receipts and the corresponding slips spent by the same electronic payments’ holders. The holders’ name must be the same as the registered member’s name. Members are also required to present relevant social media pages (Followed Mira Place Facebook and Instagram, and liked the designated post on Mira Place Instagram).
3. Mira Place members could select the preferred date of Gimme LiVe main show ticket, the two tickets must be for the same date. The quantity of “Gimme LiVe Ticket Set” for each show is 100 sets, on first-come, first-served basis. Each member could enjoy the rewards once per day during promotion period.
4. Each Show Ticket is valid for 1 person only. Other terms and conditions apply on the Show Ticket. Please refer to the below for more details or the terms and conditions stated at the back side of the Show Tickets.
5. Only actual payment will be counted (excluding the spending before discounts/coupons/cash coupons, paid deposits or cash instalments. Receipts for Octopus add-value or any bills for add-value, bill & membership fee payments, payment for banquets (for 5 tables or above), purchase of any cash coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, payments with hand-written receipts. reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, any reprinted receipts and receipts of monthly payments, receipts issued by EPS for cash withdraw/transfer, and the receipt issued by exhibitors or promotional booths are not accepted. Only the same-day transaction amount will be counted if there are any instalments for the same purchase.
6. Members must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name, transaction date and time for redemption. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the redeemed receipts, and record the corresponding information for verification purpose.

8. All tickets cannot be exchanged to cash or refund. The tickets will not be reissued or compensated if there is any loss or damaged.
9. Mira Place reserves the right to change performance details, including but not limited to performance lineup, time and venue. In case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the show day(s), the show(s) might be affected or cancelled; in case of adverse weather condition during the show(s), Mira Place reserves the right to stop or cancel the show(s).

11. The above terms and conditions are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Mira Place shall be final.
12. All Members who participated in the redemption are presumed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions. Otherwise, the Members will be considered to have forsaken their rights to participate.。

2. Standing guests will follow the line-up sequence on a first-come, first-served basis without self-selection. Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.
3. Tickets for other dates will not be accepted.
4. The tickets will not be reissued or compensated if there is any loss or damaged.
5. Please arrive the venue 30 minutes before the show starts. Mira Place and its staff reserve the right to refuse any latecomers for admission. No re-entry if you have left during the show.
6. Please keep the venue clean and take care of your personal belongings. Mira Place and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damaged.
7. The performance schedule and details may be changed or cancellation without prior notice.
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of Mira Place shall be final.

Starting from 1 August, purchase a designated “Gimme LiVe After Party Dining Package” on Mira eShop (link to be announced later) and receive two VIP tickets (assigned seating) for a selected date of the Gimme LiVe Music Show. “Gimme LiVe After Party Dining Package” are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Gimme LiVe Main Shows are exclusively for ticket-holders, each ticket is valid for one person only.
3. Please follow the seat number indicated on the left top corner on your tickets to take your assigned seats. The seat assignments are not allowed to be exchanged individually.。
4. Please present the original show ticket to on-site staff for admission. Photocopied, printed tickets or tickets presented in other formats will not be accepted.
