Each token can win at most one capsule toy. If multiple capsules are won at once, you must choose one unopened capsule. After successfully winning a capsule, present the redemption coupon at the concierge on the same day to claim the prize; otherwise, it will be invalid. 7. Mi+ Members must register and redeem rewards on the same day of purchase. The original machine-printed receipt(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s) must be presented. The member’s name must match the cardholder name shown on the receipt(s).
8. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets, purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths, reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
9. Customers must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
10. Receipts from Phillip Wain, Amour and other tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in this promotion campaign.
11. Mi+ Members who accumulate the required number of points may redeem selected rewards/vouchers on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Unless otherwise specified, each member may redeem up to 20 units of the same reward per month. Mi+ reserves the right to adjust the monthly quota and availability of rewards without prior notice.
12. Images are for reference only. All gifts will be distributed based on the points achieved. All redeemed gifts are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or services.
