Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for H·COINS and Mira Place Bonus Points Conversion Program (“Program”), customers must be the members of both H·COINS (“H·COINS” / “H·COINS Members”) and Mira Place (“Mira Place” / “Mira Place Members”) and participate in the Program via H·COINS iPhone/Android App (“H·COINS App”) or Mira Place iPhone/Android App (“Mira Place App”). A reference to “Member” in these Terms and Conditions includes any H·COINS Member or Mira Place Member.
  2. Promotional period: January 3 – December 31, 2025, while stock lasts.
  3. H·COINS member can login and open in H·COINS App section of “H·COINS Rewards” >> “Surprise Offer” to redeem 5,000 Mira Place Bonus Points with 5,000 H Coins. Mira Place member can redeem 5,000 H Coins with 5,000 Mira Place Bonus Points in Mira Place App. Each member can only redeem 3 times per month for each, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  4. According to the different H Coins / Bonus Points redemption dates of H·COINS and Mira Place, the validity dates of the redeemed Mira Place Bonus Points are listed as below:
  • For Bonus Points converted from H·COINS member accounts to Mira Place member accounts between January 1 and June 30 of the year, the validity period is until June 30 of the next year, all the redeemed Bonus Points will automatically be removed and forfeited starting from July 1 of the next year.
  • For Bonus Points converted from H·COINS member accounts to Mira Place member accounts between July 1 and December 31 of the year, the validity period is until December 31 of the next year, all the redeemed Bonus Points will be automatically removed and forfeited starting from January 1 of the year after next.

The validity dates of the redeemed H Coins are listed as below:

  • For H Coins converted from Mira Place member accounts to H·COINS member accounts between January 1 and December 31 of the year, the validity period is until March 31 of the next year, all the redeemed H Coins will be automatically removed and forfeited starting from April 1 of the next year.
  1. Each member must register as a H·COINS member with the same mobile number as he/she registered as a Mira Place member to be eligible for bonus point conversion.
  2. Conversion/redemption is subject to H Coins or Mira Place Bonus Points balance of the H·COINS and Mira Place Member. A request for conversion/redemption will be automatically declined if H Coins or Mira Place Bonus Points are inadequate or are not valid for the relevant Redemption Period.
  3. No cancellation or change to other rewards will be accepted upon conversion/redemption confirmation. In no circumstances can H Coins or Mira Place Bonus Points be exchanged or converted to cash.
  4. Member should check the redeemed bonus points and other details of each conversion/redemption request carefully before sending the request. H Coins and Bonus Points records of H·COINS and Mira Place shall be final and no claim of points after the conversion/redemption will be accepted. Neither H·COINS nor Mira Place accepts any liability for any loss which may be suffered by a Member arising from the failure or delay in obtaining the Member’s points information due to technical issues or any other abnormal system situations.
  5. H·COINS and Mira Place reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Program (including, without limitation, amending H Coins or Mira Place Bonus Points needed for redemption and the Redemption Period) from time to time, or to terminate the Program without prior notice to Members.
  6. The Member expressly consents to H·COINS and Mira Place transfer between them the Member’s personal information for the purpose of the Program. Each of H·COINS and Mira Place will use and handle the personal information held by it subject to H·COINS PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT (https://www.hcoins.com.hk/pics/) and Mira Place Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.miraplace.com.hk/tc/privacy-policy/) respectively.
  7. If a Member notices or suspects the Member’s bonus points are used by others without authorisation, the Member should notify H·COINS or Mira Place in writing immediately.
  8. H·COINS and Mira Place reserve the right to terminate the membership of any member immediately if they are found to have registered bonus points with counterfeit receipts, receipts stolen from another person or using the member account (including but not limited to registering member account, bonus points or redeeming rewards) in any dishonest way. The member’s bonus points to redeem any reward will be forfeited and entitlement to any member privilege or reward redemption will be revoked. H·COINS and Mira Place reserve the right to request a return of all redeemed rewards and to lodge a claim for compensation of any losses suffered.
  9. H·COINS and Mira Place are membership programs operated by their respective operators independently.   12. H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, Mira Place and/or Miramar Group reserves the right to amend the Program’s terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of H Coins Intelligence Limited, Henderson Leasing Agency Limited, Mira Place and/or Miramar Group shall be final.
  13. In the event of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Mira Place “Kyoto Coffee & Sake Fes” – Terms and Conditions

Mira Place “Kyoto Coffee & Sake Fes”
Terms & Conditions

1. “Kyoto Coffee & Sake Fes” is from 7 October to 23 October 2022.
2. Full details of the promotion are available at the concierges at Mira Place 1 and Mira Place 2. Opening hours from 11am to 11pm. The concierge at Mira Place 1 is opened for member registration and gift redemption from 12pm to 9pm daily.
3. Visitors are required to conduct temperature check before entering the venue and wear a wear a face mask at the venue at all times .
4. Mira Place reserves the right to change event details, including but not limited to time and venue. In case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the event day, the event might be affected or cancelled; in case of adverse weather condition during the event, Mira Place reserves the right to stop or cancel the event.
5. There are (3) tiers of Mira Place membership: General member, Mira Green and Mira Pine.
a. “General member” – Customer will automatically become general member after downloading Mira Place APP and submitting the information required.
b. “Mira Green” – General member will be eligible to upgrade to Mira Green member upon cumulative spending of HK$400 within a single day (2 same-day machine-printed/ handwritten receipts issued by different merchants and corresponding electronic payment slips at maximum. The receipt amount must be HK$100 or above). Eligible member should register the receipt and payment slip by presenting to Concierge at Mira Place 1 or uploading through Mira Place App within 30 days from the transaction date for the upgrade. Mira Green membership is valid for life.
c. “Mira Pine” – Mira Green member will be eligible to upgrade to Mira Pine member upon cumulative spending of HK$60,000 within a 365-day rolling period and upon approval from Mira Place. Mira Pine membership has a validity period of 12 months from the date of membership upgrade or renewal. Upon expiry, if the Mira Pine member does not reach the required spending to maintain Mira Pine membership, the concerned member will be automatically converted to Mira Green member..
6. Members can redeem rewards or gifts with their bonus points. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. Each Member can redeem the same gift no more than 3 sets per day; no more than 10 sets of gift per month and no more than 3 sets of the same gift per month (unless otherwise stated).
7. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets, purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths are not accepted.
8. Shoppers must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name and transaction date for verification purposes. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the receipts and registers the information for verification purposes if necessary.
9. Receipts from tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in Bonus Points redemption.
10. Miramar Group shall have no legal liability related to any aspects of the redemption items (including but not limited to premium liability, quality and maintenance) provided by the suppliers, and no compensation shall be offered by Miramar Group.
11. All gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Lost, damaged or expired gifts will not be replaced.
12. Participating tenant is responsible for fulfilling the offer. Mira Place is not liable for any early termination, change or dispute related to the offers.
13. The above details, line-up, and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Miramar Group shall be final.
