Terms & Conditions

  1. “A Blessing with Every Beat” promotion is valid from 18 January 2022 to 15 February 2022.
  2. Full details of the promotion are available at the concierges at Mira Place 1 and Mira Place 2. Opening hours from 10am to 10pm. The concierge at Mira Place 1 is opened for member registration and gift redemption from 12pm to 9pm daily.
  3. Each member could enjoy the “New Year Rewards” once per day.
  4. During the promotion period, Mira Place members could redeem designated bonus points rewards upon spending of HK$100 using electronic payment in a single transaction at designated outlets of “New Year Rewards” and presenting the valid receipt at Mira Place 1 concierges or upload the valid receipt to Mira Place App within 30 days from the date of transaction. (From 18 January 2022 to 30 January 2022 and 1 February 2022 to 15 February, members could redeem 1 set of Mira Place “Prosperity Blossom” Red Packets; on 31 January 2022 could redeem 1 set of HK$200 vouchers from designated tenants.)
  5. During the promotion period, Mira Place members could redeem designated rewards upon spending of HK$400 using electronic payment in a single transaction at designated outlets of “New Year Rewards” by presenting same-day machine-printed receipt issued by merchant and corresponding electronic payment slip at Mira Place 1 Concierge. (From 18 January 2022 to 30 January 2022 and 1 February 2022 to 15 February, members could redeem 1 set of Mira Place “Prosperity Blossom” Red Packets; on 31 January 2022 could redeem 1 set of HK$200 vouchers from designated tenants.)
  6. The maximum of point registration is 30,000 points for Mira Green each day; the maximum of point registration is 50,000 points for Mira Pine each day.
  7. Offer available while stock last.
  8. Vouchers from designated outlets will be distributed on random basis. The usage of vouchers issued by merchants will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by respective merchants. The merchants reserve the rights to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time without further notice. Mira Place is not liable to it.
  9. All gifts/certificates are not exchangeable for cash or refund. If it is lost, damaged or cannot be transferred, and re-issued.
  10. For the details of merchant’s offer, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.
  11. Mira Place is not responsible for any early termination, modification or dispute of the vouchers and gift certificates provided by the merchant.
  12. Only actual payment counts, i.e. total spending excludes discounts/coupons/cash coupons/paid deposits/cash instalments. Actual, hand-written and reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets, purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, receipts issued by exhibitors or promotional booths, reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
  13. Receipts from Phillip Wain, SQUINA, Miramar Travel and other tenants of Mira Place Tower A are not included in this promotion campaign.
  14. Receipts of any purchases or transaction through email or phone orders; online shopping, mobile APP; Mira e-Shop are not accepted, unless otherwise specified.
  15. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Miramar Group shall be final.
