HABITŪ’s baristas will demonstrate the fundamentals of latte art and guide you to master basic principles and hands-on techniques. Start your latter art journey now and pour your first cup of latte!  Date：2025.05.01 & 05.04 Time：6PM – 7:30PM Venue：HABITŪ table (Shop B142) Fee：HK$468 (Early Bird at HK$428) – Includes a set of HABITŪ professional latte art cups. Espresso Alchemy	Coffee Tasting with Alchemy (Cantonese Instruction) Discovery of the World’s Coffee – a Sensory Journey (75-90min). We’ll first have a look at the range of tastes and flavors possible in coffee and understand how coffee professionals describe flavors & aromas. We’ll then jump into tasting a curated set of different coffees together, one by one, producing a list of flavor descriptors. Having experienced how different the coffees are, we’ll also briefly talk about each of the coffees, where they are from, and what are the factors in the coffee’s production that influence the taste of coffee. Terms and Conditions of “Tea and Coffee Consumption Rewards”

1. The promotion period of “Tea and Coffee Consumption Rewards” runs from 18 April to 11 May, 2025.
2. For details about the various promotional activities, please inquire at the concierge desk on-site. The concierge desk is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.
3. During the promotion period, Mira Place members can use electronic payment to purchase a cup of coffee or tea at any of the 14 designated coffee and tea merchants. Additionally, if they make a single electronic payment of HK$100 at any merchant in same day, they will receive a set of complimentary Mira Place reusable drinking straws. Members who spend a cumulative total of HK$300 at two or more designated coffee and tea merchants or purchase five cups of coffee or tea from any five designated merchants will receive a G2000 stainless steel coffee cup. Each member can redeem the reward only once per day. Offers cannot be combined, and rewards are limited in quantity—available only while supplies last.
4. The designated coffee and tea merchants include: S Tea, CAFEMCM, Café&Meal MUJI, COCO, Espresso Alchemy, HABITŪ table, Kurasu Kyoto, Luckin Coffee, Meet Fresh, METZ Luxury Tea, My Little Coffee, Nuttea, Starbucks, and Turning Point by Coffee ART.
5. Mira Place members must register and redeem rewards in person at the Mira Place 1 Concierge on the day of purchase. The member’s name must match the name on the electronic payment receipt. Late redemptions and receipts outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
6. Each Mira Place member is limited to one reward redemption per day, and the two rewards cannot be redeemed simultaneously. Rewards are limited each promotional day and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
7. All gifts are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned. No replacements will be issued for any loss, damage, or expiration.
8. Only the actual spending and paid amounts will be counted (i.e., only the remaining amount after discounts, credit card cash rebates, use of coupons, or cash vouchers). Top-up transactions, bill payments, memberships, banquet bookings (for five or more), cash voucher purchases, parking fees, handwritten slips, reprinted receipts, monthly billing receipts, value-added service receipts, and EPS transaction copies will not be accepted. For transactions made with installment plans or deposits, only the amount paid on the day will be considered, and any remaining balance will not qualify for this promotion.
9. All printed receipts must clearly display the merchant name, date, and cash register or computer system print record to be valid. Mira Place staff have the right to make copies of the original printed receipts, stamp them, and register their related information for verification and internal auditing purposes.
10. Receipts from tenants such as Phillip Wain and AMOUR at Mira Place A will not be accepted.
11. Unless otherwise specified, receipts from email orders, phone orders, online shopping, in-store app purchases, and Mira e-Shop online store purchases will not be accepted.
12. Mira Place is not the supplier of goods or services, and is not responsible for the quality of any related products or services. For inquiries regarding the quality of products or services, please contact the merchant directly.
