Terms & Conditions of “Gift” Warmth Claw Game

1. The “Gift” Warmth Claw Game promotion period is from November 18, 2025 to January 1, 2026.
2. The redemption letter is valid until 20 November 2025. The redemption letter shall be invalid after the expiry date.
3. Redeem a game ticket using points and present the game ticket QR code at the concierge to receive one game token to participate in the “Gift” Warm claw game once. Each game token can capture at most one capsule. If multiple capsules are captured at once, one capsule must be selected without opening any of them first. After successfully obtaining a capsule, you must present the redemption slip at the concierge on the same day to claim your prize. Late redemption will not be accepted.
