1) “Win a Car by using e-PARKING”（the ‘Promotion’）is organized by Mira Place (the ‘Company’).
2) The Promotion commences on 14 June 2019 at 00:00 am and expires on 14 July 2019 at 23:59 pm (based on Mira Place parking system), both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”). The start time of each day is 00:00 am and the cut-off time of each day is 23:59 pm.
3) Only Member with activated Mira Place account （the ‘Member’）is eligible to participate in the Program and claim the prize. Each Member can have one account （the ‘Account’）only.
4) During Promotional Period, Member will receive ONE lucky draw chance for each successful use of ‘e-PARKING’ to reserve parking lot OR each successful use of ‘Touch-Free Access’ to settle parking fee (payment methods include credit card and redemption of parking hours with bonus points or parking coupon). Upon each successful usage, Members will receive one chance to enroll in the lucky draw. The lucky draw chances accumulate in accordance to the number of successful usage. Each member is eligible for one entry per day and one prize only in this Promotion.
5) Definition of successful reservation via ‘e-PARKING’: Members must reserve parking lot using ‘e-PARKING’ and arrive at Mira Place Car Park before the reservation expires. Reservation will be cancelled thereafter and considered as ‘unsuccessful’.
6) Definition of successful payment via ‘Touch-free Access’: Member must enable ‘Touch-free Access’ function prior to their arrival. The accumulated parking fee will be charged to the default credit card when Member leaves Mira Place Car Park (redemption of parking hours using bonus points or parking coupon should be done via the Mira Place mobile app before Member leaves the car park). If the payment is ‘successful’, a payment receipt will be e-mailed to Member. If the parking fee could not be charged to the default credit card before midnight of the date of car exit, the payment will be considered as ‘unsuccessful’.
7) Eligible usage of ‘e-PARKING’ will be combined with eligible usage of ‘Touch-Free Access’ to be calculated towards the number of lucky draw chances. The Company will have the final decision regarding the eligibility of each usage of ‘e-PARKING’ and ‘Touch-Free Access’.
8) Member must maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in Account. Failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in inability to access or use ‘e-PARKING’ and ‘Touch-Free Access’.
9) Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer and will receive either one of the following prizes (the “Prize”):
i. one unit of a brand new NISSAN LEAF LUX Two-Tone version (Valued at HK$411,800) (the “Grand Prize”), or
ii. Mira Place HK$500 Gift Voucher, or
iii. Mira Place HK$100 Gift Voucher
Throughout the Promotional Period, a Grand Prize will be given out to 1 winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”), a Mira Place HK$500 Cash Voucher will be given out to 5 winners and a Mira Place HK$100 Cash Voucher will be given out to 15 winners.
10) All photos used on promotional materials are for reference only.
11) To be eligible for all the Prizes under this Promotion, Members must maintain their Account at the time of prize collection.
12) The Company will use computer program to draw winners from the pool of eligible Members. The result of the Promotion will be announced on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 24th July 2019. Winners will be notified through emails. If the Grand Prize Winner could not be reached before 9th Aug 2019, he/she will be considered as waiving the rights to receive the Grand Prize. If the winners of the Gift Voucher could not be reached before 16th Aug 2019, he/ she will be considered as waiving the rights to receive the Prize.
13) It is Member’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the submitted registered contact information. Prizes will not be re-credited due to inaccurate information provided by Members.
14) Winners must collect the Prizes / the Redemption Letter of the Prize in person at designated location within the designated period of time. The Winners must agree to the terms and conditions in relations to the Prize and authorize Mira Place to use the photo or video taken during prize collection for promotional purposes.
15) Winners and the recipients of the prize must be the same person. All Prizes cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. The Prize/ Redemption Letter will not be replaced if lost. The Company will not be liable for any potential variations in prize values.
16) Terms and conditions apply for Mira Place HK$500 and HK$100 Gift Voucher. By presenting the original gift voucher, winners are entitled to a HK$100 / HK$500 cash credit at participating shops at Mira Place. No downloaded copies or photocopies of the voucher would be accepted. Each voucher can only be used once. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
17) The Company is not the supplier of the Grand Prize and will not accept any liability in relation to it. The Company will pass the contact information of the Grand Prize Winner to the supplier, Honest Motors Limited. Honest Motor Limited will contact Grand Prize Winner for delivery and warranty arrangement. The on-road insurance premium and government license fee shall be borne by the Grand Prize Winner.
18) Mira Place may from time to time restrict use of the car park or any part of it without prior notice, refund or compensation due to capacity limitations , to ensure safety, security or order or if The Company considers that the circumstances so require. In any unforeseeable circumstances, such as technical failures or incompatibility issues with other software that do not allow eligible participant to log in to the Mira Place App, reserve parking lot using e-PARKING or settle parking fee using “Touch-Free Access”, Mira Place assumes no liability or responsibility.
19) Employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
20) If a participant is found to use a false name and/or invalid email address or adopt any way to invade and/or modify the computer program or dishonestly to participate in this campaign, Mira Place reserves the sole right to cancel the participants’ entitlement to the prize and to retrieve the prize if it had been given. The participant will bear all related and associated responsibilities, liabilities and consequences.
21) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of any materials related to the Program and these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
22) These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

1.  Procedures of redeeming “Free Parking Hours” :
a. Member can redeem 1 hour or 2 hours free parking with bonus points;
– for immediate use with bonus points in “My Bill” before the registered vehicle exits the car park.
– Each member could redeem 1 hour or 2 hours free parking once per day.
– Free Parking Hour(s) redeemed is valid for same-day use only (i.e. on or before 23:59 PM)
– Free Parking Hour(s) redemption on Mira Place App cannot be used in conjunction with other parking promotions (including but not limited to the Mira Pine 1 Hour Daily Free Parking).
b. Free Parking Hour(s) redeemed is non-cancellable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.

1. Customers can become a Mira Place member after downloading Mira Place APP and entering the information required. Members can activate the account at Concierge, Mira Place 1 upon spending HK$400 or more at Mira Place in a single day (2 same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slip at maximum) within 7 days from the date of transaction. Each member can have one account only.
2. Member will receive extra 500 bonus points upon successful activation of the account. Each member can enjoy the offer once.
3. Member must present a set of valid receipt, consisting of the original machine-printed receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip (Credit Card, EPS and Octopus) from the same cardholder.

Actual, receipts of Octopus card add-value, bill & membership payments, banquets (bookings of 5 tables or above), purchase or perusal of coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, handwritten or reprinted receipts, receipts of banking service, monthly bills, mobile SIM card recharge, any add-value service and EPS cash withdrawal are not accepted.
12. Miramar Group shall have no legal liability related to any aspects of the redemption items (including but not limited to premium liability, quality and maintenance) provided by the suppliers, and no compensation shall be offered by Miramar Group.
13. Mira Place reserves the right to adjust the bonus points required, change or terminate the redemption program (including the terms and conditions) without prior notice.
