• “Shine with Mi ” beauty offers start on 18 July 2025, all appointments must be made using the designated reservation methods provided by the participating merchants; please visit the Mira Place event webpage for the reservation methods. All free experiences or offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the order of reservations will be based on the time of contact with the merchants. Once the quota is full, no further reservations will be accepted. In case of any disputes, the participating merchants will have the final decision-making power.
• During the promotion period, Mira Place members who make electronic payments at Mira Place of HK$500 (up to 2 sets of same-day electronic receipts for HK$100 or more) can redeem ONE “Summer Beauty Set”. “Summer Beauty Set” includes vouchers or gifts from designated merchants. All rewards are given out randomly, selection is not available. Each member can only redeem reward once per day. The concierge desk opening hours are from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• Customers must register and redeem rewards at the Mira Place concierge desk on the day of purchase. During registration, the same cardholder must present the relevant machine-printed receipts and related electronic transaction records. The registrant and cardholder must be the same person.
• All machine-printed receipts must have clear merchant names, dates, and cashier or computer system stamped records to be deemed valid. Mira Place staff reserves the right to photocopy, stamp, and record the original receipts for verification purposes.
• Member points are only calculated based on the actual amount spent and paid (i.e., the remaining amount after discounts, deductions of credit card cash rebates, use of coupons or cash vouchers, amounts already paid as deposits, or payments made in installments). Any Octopus card top-ups, bill payments, memberships, banquets (of five tables or more), purchase or use of cash vouchers/gift certificates, parking fees, handwritten receipts, reprinted receipts, and any monthly billing statements/receipts, value-added service receipts, or EPS withdrawal/transfer transaction duplicate copies are not eligible. In the case of installment payments or deposits, the amount paid on the same day will be calculated.
• The member points reward program does not include all purchases made at Mira Place Tower A merchants.
• Unless otherwise stated, receipts from email orders, phone orders, online purchases, in-store applications, or purchases from the Mira e-Shop online store will not be accepted.
• All gifts/vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or refundable. Lost, damaged, or expired gifts/vouchers will not be reissued.
