1. Starting from 29 July, Mira Place members (the “Members”) must spend HK$1,000 or above by electronic payments at any Mira Place merchants with the spending time from 11am to 10pm to redeem one “Gimme Live Music Festival 2024 Show Ticket”  (the “Show Ticket”) at Mira Place 1 Concierge. 
2. Members can redeem the designated Show Tickets at the below designated dates: 
   – Show Tickets for 10 August are available to redeem from 29 July while stocks last;
   – Show Tickets for 17 August are available to redeem from 30 July while stocks last; 
   – Show Tickets for 24 August are available to redeem from 31 July while stocks last and 
   – Show Tickets for 31 August are available to redeem from 1 August while stocks last. 
3. Members can present a maximum of 3 sets original same-day machine-printed transaction receipts with the eligible transaction time from 11:00AM to 10:00PM to the staff of Mira Place 1 Concierge for redemption.  Members must present the receipts and the corresponding slips spent by the same electronic payments’ holders.  The holders’ name must be the same as the registered member’s name. 
4. Each member can redeem a maximum of one Show Ticket per person per day. 
5. The quantity of Show Tickets for each show is 200 pcs on first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.  Each Show Ticket is valid for 1 person only.  Other terms and conditions apply on the Show Ticket.  Please refer to the below for more details or the terms and conditions stated at the back side of the Show Tickets. 
6. Only actual payment will be counted (excluding the spending before discounts/coupons/cash coupons, paid deposits or cash instalments. Receipts for Octopus add-value or any bills for add-value, bill & membership fee payments,  payment for banquets (for 5 tables or above), purchase of any cash coupons/gift vouchers, parking fees, payments with hand-written receipts. reprinted receipts of Octopus card add-value, any reprinted receipts and receipts of monthly payments,  receipts issued by EPS for cash withdraw/transfer, and the receipt issued  by exhibitors or promotional booths are not accepted.  Only the same-day transaction amount will be counted if there are any instalments for the same purchase.  
7. Members must present the valid original machine-printed receipts with clear merchants’ name, transaction date and time for redemption. Staff of Mira Place reserves the right to photocopy and stamp on the redeemed receipts, and record the corresponding information for verification purpose.

9. Members can use 5,000 bonus points to redeem one “Gimme Live Music Festival 2024 VIP Show Ticket”  (the “VIP Show Ticket”) on Mira Place app.  Each member can redeem a maximum of 2 VIP Show Tickets per person on first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. 
10. Each VIP Show Ticket has a assigned seat number and the VIP Show Tickets will be distributed in order without Members’ selection when Members redeem the VIP Show Tickets.
11. Other terms and conditions apply on VIP Show Tickets.  Please refer to the below for more details or the terms and conditions stated at the back side of the VIP Show Tickets. 
12. All tickets cannot be exchanged to cash or refund. The tickets will not be reissued or compensated if there is any loss or damaged.
13. Mira Place reserves the right to change performance details, including but not limited to performance lineup, time and venue. In case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the show day(s), the show(s) might be affected or cancelled; in case of adverse weather condition during the show(s), Mira Place reserves the right to stop or cancel the show(s).

1. Each member can only participate in the “Gimme LiVe Top Fans Interactive Game” (the “Game 1”) once per period.

• Period 1 is from 7 to 9 August (the “Period 1”);
• Period 2 is from 11 to 16 August (the “Period 2”);
• Period 3 is from 18 to 23 August (the “Period 3”) and
• Period 4 is from 25 to 30 August 25 to 30 (the “Period 4”).

1. Members must answer five designated questions in Game 1. If answer one or more questions correctly, they will receive a Gimme LiVe limited-edition gift (the “Gift”). The Gifts are in limited quotas, first come first served, while stock lasts.
2. Members who have completed the Game 1 must use the exclusive QR code to redeem the Gift in person at the Mira Place 1 Concierge from 7 to 31 August. The concierge is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Late redemption will not be accepted.
3. If the Members answer five questions correctly, an additional exclusive QR code will be provided. They must visit Gimme LIVE Music Festival 2024 in person on the designated Saturday and present the valid show ticket and relevant QR code to the staff before participating in the “Fan Welfare Activity Game” (the “Game 2”). A wristband will be provided to these Members who participate in the Game 2, and they have a chance to win the performers’ exclusive gifts on the show day.
4. The performers’ exclusive gifts are in limited quantity and while stock lasts.
5. Members who successfully participate in the Game 2 can win a maximum of one prize per show day.
6. Members who participate in the Period 1 can only use the extra QR code to enter the game on 10 August to participate in the Game 2; Members who participate in the Period 2 can only use the extra QR code to enter the Game 2 on 17 August; Members who participate in the Period 3 can only use it on 24 August. Members who participate in the Period 4 can only use the extra QR code to enter the Game 2 on 31 August.  Late participation will not be accepted.
7. If the Members receive additional QR codes but do not hold the valid tickets, they will not be allowed to enter the venue to participate in the Game 2.
8. Members must keep the relevant QR code page(s) themselves. Mira Place, the contractor and its staff are not responsible for any loss or theft.
9. The games are developed by Mira Place and its designated contractors. By participating in the above games, Members agree to the above parties collecting their membership numbers or other personal information (if applicable).

9.  Any delay, loss, error or delay in the redemption information submitted or received due to network problems, system failures, phone reception problems, interception by third-party applications, incomplete, incorrect or missing information provided. Mira Place, its participating merchants and suppliers do not assume any responsibility for the failure to complete the use of the e-cash Vouchers due to unrecognizability or other problems or problems encountered during the use of the e-cash Vouchers.
10. All Photos and Gift Voucher Packs cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. Any lost, damaged or expired items will not be reissued.

3. The promotion period of the Offers provided by the designated merchants are from today to 31 August. Late redemption is not accepted.
4. All Offers have been shown on Mira Place website (https://www.miraplace.com.hk/) and they are available to use in Mira Place branches only.
