Content: The selection of fruit wine Is huge, however Plum wine is always a leader in the fruit wine with a very well established history, in 1 60 minutes session, you will get to try out some plum wine sample, as well as getting an introduction about different plum wine, with a representative from Japan Plum Wine association to share an in depth plum wine lecture.

Contents: Aged sake may not be very common in a Japanese liquor store, not very common doesn’t mean they are not nice, just that not a lot of us get to know about them, with honor we have invited Ms. Shiro Shirakiri, the representative of Aruma-Masamune to host a special workshop with aged sake and lead you through a journey about aged sake
