2. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision on the details of performance (including the performing units).
3. Submitting a video to the inbox of Mira Place Hong Kong Facebook Page represents participant’s understanding, acceptance, and willingness to comply with the terms and conditions for  The Activity. The submission also represents that participants acknowledge that the participation is wholly voluntary and take full responsibility for the participation.
4. By participating in The Activity, each Participant hereby grants to the Organizer a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use and exploit the Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in their respective Videos. The foregoing license shall provide the Mira Place the right to edit, publish, print, use, adapt, translate, exploit, modify, include in a compilation, copy, disseminate, dispose, load onto its server, broadcast and/or transmit each Participant’s Video for advertising, promotional, display and/or publicity purposes, and to use the Videos for all purposes outside The Activity without any compensation, further permission or notification. Each Participant also hereby grants each visitor to the Mira Place’s Official Social Media Platforms a non-exclusive license to access a Participant’s Video and to view, use, reproduce and distribute such Video.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. Shortlisted participant will be disqualified if the personal information provided is found to be identical with another participant.
6. Any individual is deemed to read and agree to comply with and be bound by the corresponding terms and conditions once they participate in The Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the submission any Participants who fails to comply with this terms and conditions and/or to pursue any act intended to corrupt The Activity. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content that is inappropriate or offensive, or disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions. All submitted videos should not contain any message which is obscene, libelous, pornographic, illegal, offensive or other inappropriate content.
7. Mira Place will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network and other technical issues which cause Participants to lose their eligibility for submitting a video. All date and time related to The Activity are subject to the system report and Mira Place’s final decision.
8. The Organizer reserves its right to disqualify participants or take legal actions, if deemed dishonest.
9. Personal details provided by participants will only be used for performance arrangement and will not be disclosed or forwarded to any external organization.
10. In case of disputes, the Organizer reserves the rights of final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of The Activity and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
