Maruichi is the latest concept from the group behind famous shops Ramen House Ippei-An, Ramen Jo and Via Tokyo Japanese Dessert Cafe! Maruichi is an evolution of the Izakaya & Ramen concept popularised by Ippei-An. With a brand new Japanese team led by Executive Chef Sato san, and Sous Chef, Takahashi san, we will introduce a novel mix of authentic Yakitori, Sashimi, Ramen and Sake, not to mention countless other modern interpretations of Izakaya classics. Our Ramen menu will introduce a set of contemporary Ramen items, with bold flavours of authentic Japanese ingredients.
