Terms and Conditions on pets visiting Mira Place

Mira Place welcomes pets to enter. When pet owners bring pets into Mira Place (Mira Place 1 shopping mall, Tower A office, car park and Mira Place 2 shopping mall), pet owners are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to follow the rules and regulations below :

  • Only domesticated pet dogs and cats (“Pet(s)”) kept in a carrying bag or pet stroller with cover properly closed, and is held by a leash of not more than 5 meters are permitted to enter Mira Place. All other animals are prohibited, unless with prior written consent from Mira Place.
  • “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) should not enter Mira Place.
  • Each pet owner should bring no more than 2 pets to Mira Place.
  • Under any circumstances, pet owner should take care of their pets during their visit in Mira Place. Pets should not be left unattended in pet stroller or carrier to avoid injuries.
  • Pet owner shall ensure at all times while at Mira Place that their pets are under proper control and are effectively restrained from causing nuisance or danger to others.
  • If pets defecate at Mira Place, pet owner is required to immediately clean up the pet’s excrement using a sealed bag, container, or tool.
  • Pet owner shall comply with the crowd control and venue management measures arranged by Mira Place at all times.
  • If pet owner is found to be in breach of any of these terms and conditions or the behavior of the pets is a threat to and/or a disturbance to others, Mira Place reserves the right to deny entry to or request pet owner and their pets to leave Mira Place immediately.
  • Pet owner shall be solely responsible for any injuries suffered by their pets and/or any harm caused by their pets to others during their stay in Mira Place, as well as for any damage or loss to others’ property or belongings. For the avoidance of doubt, Mira Place shall not be responsible for any such injuries, damage and/or loss.
  • Pet Owner shall fully and effectually indemnify Mira Place from and against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any damage or injury caused by their Pet(s) and any such act, deed, matter or thing done or omitted as aforesaid and all costs and expenses in connection therewith.
  • In case of disputes, Mira Place reserves the right of final decision.

Gimme LiVe 2022 – Hygiene Measures

To ensure public health safety of our visitors, staff and performers, Mira Place will implement enhanced social distancing and preventive measures at the venue during the shows in addition to existing public hygiene measures strictly enforced according to the escalated guidelines of the Centre for Health Protection.

 

Social Distancing and Crowd Control Measures

  • To ensure public health safety of participants on site, Mira Place members are required to pre-register for the event on campaign website. Mira Place will also live-stream all performances on Facebook for fans to enjoy at home.
  • Appropriate seating arrangement will be adopted for social distancing. Audiences are required to be seated according to the staff’s instructions on site.

 

Enhanced Safety and Hygiene Measures

  • All visitors must scan the QR code of the venue using the “Safe Travel” mobile app (except those exempted). Exempted persons must fill in the form to register their name, contact number and date and time of visit.
  • All visitors must complete the vaccination requirements of the government’s “Vaccination Pass” (except those exempted), and use the “Verification QR Code Scanner” to scan the QR code on the vaccination record or the medical exemption certificate for COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Provisioning of alcoholic sanitizer dispensers at the venue.
  • A complete cleaning and disinfection at the venue will be conducted after each show.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed at the venue.

  • Provisioning of alcoholic sanitizer dispensers at the venue.
  • A complete cleaning and disinfection at the venue will be conducted after each show.
